I started GoldWing Getaways while still welding full-time and building a school bus to hit the road. I’ve always been the friend who plans the trip, finds the deals, and somehow makes chaos feel like a vacation. Now, I do it for other people—especially the ones who work hard, dream big, and need a getaway that actually fits their life (and budget).

Welding taught me how to plan with precision, the bus taught me how to build something from scratch, and travel is just how I stay wild and sane at the same time.

Why Travel?

Growing up in a working-class family, I saw vacations labeled as “too expensive” or “someday.” I believe time off shouldn’t be a luxury reserved for a few; it’s fuel that keeps us productive, inspired, and healthy. My mission is to remove the guesswork—and the sticker shock—so more people can claim the reset they deserve!

FAQs

  • flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, tours, and sometimes travel insurance — basically everything but your passport and your packing.

  • If you want help with research only, we can work out a "plan only" package — but if i’m building your trip, I usually book everything too.
    This way I can make sure it all lines up perfectly and you get protected with my travel partners.

  • I work with trusted providers, but travel can get messy sometimes (airlines, weather, etc.).
    I’ll help you problem-solve as much as possible, but things like flight delays, cancellations, or emergency situations are ultimately outside my control.
    Travel insurance is highly recommended for extra backup!

  • Life happens!
    If you cancel before booking, there’s no hard feelings — but my planning fee is non-refundable once you approve your final trip design and payment has started.
